硬件設施不行，房子很舊很破，而且也不見太陽，大冬天空調還是壞的，家裡温度14°，被子也有限，被罩也沒有多餘的，服務員也沒有，入住了才知道是這樣的。也取消不了，差點凍死，一晚上也沒有脱衣服。

房間太暗，沒主燈，有幾個燈還壞了，吃個飯都看不清有蟲沒呢。窗户外是牆，進不了光，房間很潮，被子是水做的，晚上有蛐蛐演奏會。前台很有態度！“燈太暗，窗户沒光，換房吧”“一樓窗户都這樣，全酒店燈都是這樣，換不了”“那換二樓吧，借窗偷光”“二樓後面是居民樓，也沒光哦”。我還以為定的是五十塊的賓館，哦原來你們是百元酒店啊。首頁圖的樓很高、燈很亮、房間很多，但入住的是後院兩層豪華獨棟呢，原來房間的燈都給大樓外面做裝飾了呢。廁所排風扇壞了，廊燈壞了。還有不知道是電話壞了，還是床頭有蟲，間斷着咯吱咯吱響了好幾次，真動聽！

整體衞生很差，設施很舊，燈光很暗。
客房和洗手間的杯墊（紙質）都發黴了也不更換；洗手盆的縫隙很潮濕，有黑色的臟東西也不擦；插座上有膠痕也有濺上的水漬，看着好像從來沒擦；床頭的插座鬆動，沒辦法直接充電，衹能外接插排；內線電話根本不能用；有很多設施（例如洗手間玻璃窗簾）都是壞的；外部的窗户也很臟，外面也很臟。
本來到了之後是要換房間的，但一看周圍都沒房間了，就放棄了，衹住一晚就忍了。
價格不過百，衹能説是看要求和價格的選擇了。
