Xinxiang Muye District Hotels

I stayed at this hotel, and overall it was quite good. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the guest rooms felt new. The front desk staff was also very nice. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a separate shower, toilet, and sink, and it featured Xiaodu smart home control. They also provided plenty of bottled water.

The last time I was in Xinxiang on a business trip was in 2021. I asked the front desk today, and they said it opened in 2024. The service was excellent. This morning, before leaving for work, I asked the front desk if the housekeeping could take my running clothes to the laundry room, and they readily agreed. When I returned in the afternoon, they were already hanging on the door. I was very pleased. The hotel breakfast was also good, and the mini-fridge had unlimited drinks. Great service! Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and bright, the front desk owner has a good service attitude and the procedures are handled quickly. The room has a password lock, so you don't need to insert a card to get electricity, which is very worry-free. There are plenty of parking spaces downstairs, a snack street on the east side, and it is close to the high-speed rail station, making travel convenient.

Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

The boss and the front desk are too powerful! ! The front desk is very fast, the environment is also good, close to the test center, there is no excessive price increase during the peak period of the room, all within a reasonable range, thank you! I will praise it vigorously!

I recently visited Xinxiang and chose this hotel~ The front desk service was very good 👍👍👍👍After checking in, I found that the bedding in the room was very soft, which made people have a good night's sleep. The bath products were also very easy to use. The accommodation experience was comfortable and clean, and the service was also very good. I will come again next time!

During the summer vacation, I brought my children to Xinxiang, visited the Fat Donglai and Plain Museum, got off the high-speed rail station, and took a taxi to the hotel for 10 minutes. The hotel is newly opened. There are many types of breakfast. It is suitable for my southern taste. The toilet is smart. There is also a washing and drying room. The machine looks new. There are a lot of people washing clothes and drying at night, and they need to queue up. I hope the boss will provide more equipment.

I'm a regular customer. The hotel is clean and hygienic; they clean for me every day, but they weren't obligated to clean the first day. The receptionist was also very kind and let me check in early! Thumbs up, I'll definitely come again next time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is convenient to go shopping and eat. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very soundly all night. The front desk and room service staff are warm and thoughtful, and they can respond in time if they need it. Very good value for money, I will choose this one next time I come here!
