The service was very good. The room I checked into at first smelled too much smoke. Later, I complained to the housekeeper Xiaoyan, and she immediately arranged for me to upgrade to the Super Wings Family Room! The overall accommodation experience was good, the hygiene was OK, and there were many facilities suitable for children to play. The children had a lot of fun. The Cantonese buffet breakfast was OK, but it was basically the same every day; the most memorable thing was that the housekeeper's service was very considerate, which deserves a thumbs up.

Always a great place to stay with friendly helpful staff who go the extra mile. Bring back the burger on room service please.

awesome! This hotel exceeded my expectations. As soon as I entered the room, the fresh atmosphere came, clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable. The hotel's service is first-class, the staff is warm and patient, and provided me with many useful travel suggestions. I can feel the warmth of home at every moment of the hotel. It is really a very satisfying accommodation choice. I will definitely come next time!

酒店附近有很多食肆，交通亦很方便。現在沒有很多遊客入住，所以酒店環境比以前寧靜。整體是一次舒適的體驗，值得推薦，這家酒店我一定會再來的，我喜歡住在中心的位置，近車站。房間大，乾淨。這裏很容易找到，附近有很棒的食物在拐角處。這裏不會很吵，價格便宜。前台服務一流，早餐雖然簡單選擇不多，但是也很美味，整體來說，是一個性格比好高的酒店。

This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

It was renovated from an old hotel, so it doesn't look very good from the outside. It's located in a relatively remote place and there are no facilities around it. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not managed by anyone. Although it is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, other cars should be able to park as well. The front desk staff had a nice smile, and they also gave me a check-in souvenir, which is an emerging specialty. This was the first surprise. The elevator is also relatively old, and still has the name of the old hotel written on it. The room was the second surprise. I booked a family room with one living room and one room. There were tents and rocking horses in the lobby that children liked. The room was very clean and neatly tidied. Finally, there is a small regret. It should be that the hotel facilities are too old. The toilet was blocked the next day. But the whole process was enjoyable!

The hotel room is a layout of one bedroom and one living room. The bathroom is on the side of the room. There is a sofa 🛋 coffee table and mahjong table in the living room. There is also a hot spring ♨ pool. This is a hot spring hotel, but there are two bottles of free drinking water provided. It is not enough to drink. I hope the hotel can add two more bottles.

If I come to Xinxing to stay in a hotel, I will choose this one. There is a free breakfast and parking is very convenient. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good, the room is very clean, very good, very good hotel!
