非常不錯，去信陽出差一直都住這家，房間也很乾凈，酒店早餐也很不錯，而且外賣送得很快。前台很給力。！

非常糟糕的服務，定的鐘點房到晚上十點退房，六點入住的時候就開始暗示阿姨晚上要下班沒時間打掃不能二次售賣，休息到九點多還打電話不停催促我退房，既然要把房間掛出來賣，又想要一天賣兩道，真的是吃相難看，前台的三個員工女士，也非常的服務態度不好，入住的時候各種不耐煩，非常不推薦！最基本的禮貌還有待人處事都不會，真的是非常下頭
