The friendly staff are willing to solve any problem you may have, and the room is voice-controlled. It was truly an outstanding experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Xinyang.

最近出差住了信陽聖達酒店，整體感覺挺不錯的。前台小姐姐態度特好，辦入住特別快，看我拿行李多還主動問要不要幫忙。房間比我預想的寬敞，被褥有曬過的太陽味，洗手間水壓很足，洗澡舒服。早餐種類不算特別多但夠吃，現煮的胡辣湯和熱乾麪挺地道，補菜也挺及時。位置挺方便，出門走幾步就有便利店和葯店，打車去火車站也就十來分鐘。住了三天感覺挺舒心，下次來這邊應該還會選這裏。

這次來信陽出差住了聖達酒店，整體感覺挺靠譜。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，空調熱水都好使，床鋪軟硬也合適。工作人員態度特別實在，問周邊吃飯的地方，都耐心給推薦。位置挺好找，樓下停車也方便，性價比確實可以，推薦給來玩的朋友！

入住後第一印象就是“乾淨”！房間一塵不染，床單、毛巾都有淡淡的消毒清香，光腳踩地板也不覺得臟。浴室水垢、死角都處理得很到位，馬桶配有一次性消毒墊，連遙控器都用酒精棉片封裝，強迫症患者表示極度舒適。保潔阿姨每天定時打掃，補充的礦泉水、茶包都很及時，住得特別安心！

從入住到離店，服務真的無可挑剔！前台主動幫忙提行李，還根據需求安排了安靜的房間。半夜想吃宵夜，打電話問餐廳是否營業，沒想到前台直接推薦了24小時外賣並幫忙代收。第二天感冒了，客房大姐特意送來薑茶和體温計，這種細節太暖心了！
