因為信賴維也納，覺得至少不會太差，所以定了信陽這家維也納，結果是我有史以來住過的最差維也納！
設施：前台還説給房間升級了，可能這就是話術，結果先給的的一間房水龍頭的水會漏到台盆外面，電視很小還衹有九個台，房門從裏面打不開，後來給換到了隔壁房間。幸好換了，晚上這間房的住户被鎖在裏面了，服務員咚咚咚修了一個小時。房間不亮堂，我們房間的枱燈壞的，讓服務員換一個，被告知沒有，電視一開始以為有了，結果是試看，要交24元包月費！衹能交了。馬桶圈也是壞的，沒見過設施這麼差的，同樣的房間設施還不一樣，唯一好的是洗澡水還不錯
衞生：衹能説還行吧
服務：態度很好，但是解決不了問題。早餐非常一般。
環境：酒店周邊吃飯的店挺多，旁邊就是新申河夜市。

酒店服務超級好，從下訂單開始一直有在發酒店的訊息，看到了有接送站服務，就聯繫了前台，前台立馬幫忙安排禮賓部的小哥哥去接站，服務特別，前台辦理入住非常迅速，並且免費幫忙升級了房型，非常暖心，酒店早餐種類很豐富，炒菜，麪點，粥，胡辣湯，米線，沙拉等等……米線特別好吃，胡辣湯特別好吃，我男朋友吃了兩碗，房間裏面乾淨整潔，寬敞舒適，整體來説是特別滿意的，值得推薦，下次來還會住這裏🙃👍

送孩子開學，第二次入住了，雖然設施有些陳舊，但該有的都有，打掃的也比較乾淨，早餐中規中矩，房價實惠，值得入住！

總體一般吧，酒店設施有些老化了，電梯很慢很慢，上個樓至少等兩分鐘，酒店停車真的很讓人無語，有保安但是保安不管，喊了半天保安才出來

酒店有比較多的停車位，方便停車，房間寬敞，早餐不錯，地理位置方便到周邊遊玩。
就是感覺我住的那間房有些味道，專門請服務員幫忙開大窗通風，後來感覺一個枕頭像有人用過一樣，有淡淡頭髮的油味，另一個枕頭就沒有那種味道了。這個事沒有和前台説，怕麻煩別人，但希望酒店會做得更好，所以在評價裏表達了。
住了兩晚，總體來説還是不錯的，特別適合自駕遊的人士。
信陽博物館管理得很好，非常值得打卡，鄂豫皖革命紀念館也非常好，內容豐富。一起推薦了。

沒住過這麼差勁的酒店，房間異味，睡到半夜渾身瘙癢，我們一家三口一點不誇張，我和我兒子身上起疙瘩，我老婆眼皮起疙瘩，想着可能是蚊子咬的想打電話問前台要風油精，結果房間電話是壞的，1316房間，10月7號你們自己排查。第二天早上我帶兒子去一樓吃早餐，讓我補一個人差價，説我8歲的兒子得收費，我説我老婆不吃我給我兒子吃行了吧？五星級的酒店我住的太多了，吃個早餐讓我兒子付錢的你們信陽維也納是頭一份，睡一夜三個人都皮膚瘙癢，浴巾比快捷酒店都差，我真不想説什麼了，我攜程等級不低，你們是我第一個差評。
