房子很好雖然設施舊一些但整體還是乾淨衞生，酒店離景區300多米，服務也優秀。就是沒有電梯。

朋友來這裏遊玩，在學校裏面定的酒店，酒店環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗很好。裏面有免費的一次性用品，龐博俺還有餐廳和超市，吃飯買東西什麼的也很方便

一分價錢一分貨，真是亙古不變的真理。房間衞生比較乾淨，但一直充斥着一股發黴的味道，尤其是湊近牀頭櫃的位置，味道刺鼻。經過開窗通風，空調換氣四個小時後，還是沒有好轉，一點多辦理入住，五點多退房離開，換了其他酒店。對房間氣味不敏感的朋友可以考慮，價位確實優惠，在信陽師大校內，位置也可以。

從南門進去步行大概10分鐘，還好不是太遠，酒店旁邊就是學院的餐廳超市，所以吃飯購物都比較方便，去學校辦事情，住在這裏還是比較經濟實惠的，還可以洗衣服，有烘乾機！
