房間乾淨衞生，洗漱毛巾浴巾已封裝，前台服務態度好；賓館位置離天潤廣場近，吃飯購物方便，早晨在隔壁就能吃熱乾麪。

該賓館位置優越，緊臨信陽火車站，附近就有勝利路步行街，西亞購物廣場，吃飯購物都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，特別是新裝的美的空調，熱風温暖如春。入住體驗很棒，性價比較高，值得推薦。衹是前台服務人員的水平還有待提高，態度生硬冰冷，讓人很不舒服。

位置好找老北京商場對面，附近吃喝玩樂也方便，前台小姐姐人也好特別温柔，衞生也挺不錯的

設施便老舊，沒有梳子和一次性拖鞋，需要單獨和前台要，房間電話也是壞的，不知道是不是潮濕的原因床單被套睡的容易身上癢，客房大姐和前台服務還是很好的

賓館就在火車站旁邊，吃飯出行都很方便，房間設施比較齊全，前台工作人員也比較熱情，總體入住感覺還是不錯的！

酒店位置非常好！在城市中心，有很大的停車場就在酒店十多米遠的樓側面，周邊吃飯地方很多，房間很乾凈，前台接待熱情耐心，廁所熱水很旺，酒店設計和管理都非常好！圖片是在酒店的窗户往下拍的，房間忘拍照了。
