服務：首先來説相對比較滿意的地方，叔叔阿姨服務態度還不錯，尤其叔叔領路去房間，跟我説周邊近距離吃飯買東西的地方，早上擔心我起晚還有叫醒，真的很不錯。差一星不到五星是因為當時阿姨想讓我退掉平台，直接店裡付款，我沒同意，把我的精品大床換成了三人間。
環境：旅館位置在信陽郊區比較偏遠，周邊環境跟小鄉鎮差不多，臨街是門店，後面就是農田。旅館裏麪環境還可以。
衞生：房間衞生總體還過得去，衞生間衞生看着真不好，地面很臟。房間裏面有一個黃色的電腦桌，按理説應該放那很長時間了，但還是有一股味道，在房間時間一長薰的我頭疼，衹能拉開窗户打開紗窗通風。
設施：房間裏有空調、熱水器但是沒有燒水壺，需要用熱水吃葯的真的很麻煩。
總體性價比一般，同等價格或者更便宜的價格在別的城市能住到比這條件好的。

我晚上九點多到賓館 房間裏沒有空調遙控器 我就下去找老闆要 老闆娘説人家都沒開空調就你冷 先不提我冷不冷 我花88塊錢住一晚 憑什麼不能開空調 而且當時時間是正月二十八 你説我冷不冷 關鍵是遙控器是被老闆藏起來了 到房間開空調才發現電閘也被老闆摁了 第二天早晨七點多我起床 正在衞生巾洗漱 突然沒電了空調也就停了 過了大概十秒鐘來電了 然後走廊傳來腳步聲 你不想讓我用空調還開什麼賓館呢 用得着起那麼早斷我房間的電嗎
