第一次到新野，訂的賓館告知上一住户不退房沒法住，幸虧攜程官方客服及時協調給定了怡家商務賓館，還給補了差價，感謝攜程平台！賓館位置挺好，免費停車，出門右手邊是白河岸邊，風景怡人，左手邊步行二、三十米十字路口向南全是飯店，非常方便，三個朋友出行最需要這種三床房，房間設施中規中矩，整潔衞生，非常不錯！再次感謝攜程平台！

還不錯，前台反應也快，本來想收我按金，和 她説了是閃住的，也就沒收了。
前台動了小心思，最先給我安排了二樓，窗外是牆體的房間，然後要求換房，給我換了，不過要到四樓最高樓（沒有電梯的），前台説二樓三樓沒有了。我是不太信的。
房間比較寬敞。乾淨，電視機比較大。

吃飯方便，樓下附近就有餐館。唯一不好的是房間沒有配一次性拖鞋，配了兩雙鏤空底的拖鞋，洗澡有積水時不方便。
