Xinyi Huajian Resort Hotel

This hotel makes people feel at home: the housekeeper (Xiaoqing) is very nice, not impatient at all, and the service attitude is standardized, making life as comfortable as home. If I have the opportunity, I will come here again.

The hygiene and service attitude are very good, there is a welcome fruit plate, the bathroom products are of good quality, and the body lotion is a highlight. The surrounding attractions are also relatively close, relatively niche, suitable for family travel,

The hotel is next to Lizi Valley. We took a sightseeing bus to Lizi Valley Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are clean. We were given an upgrade when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. They also upgraded our room. The room has a balcony and the air is fresh. Friends said they would come here to pick plums in June and stay here. The village is very clean and the night view is beautiful.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are OK, but the last room was arranged. There was mold on the wall and there was a smell. Hygiene: The hygiene is average, not very good. Environment: The hotel environment is OK, and the river is right outside. Service: Welcome with a smile. 20 yuan/person to take a battery car to visit the Shanshui Shuanghe Scenic Area. The driver is very good and introduced the place. The hotel is in the scenic area, and there are many homestays nearby. The best environment should be in Lihua Valley.

The location is excellent, located in the middle of the village, quiet in the bustling city. The service is meticulous, warm and decent, and you feel at home. The design is excellent, exquisite and grand. I hope it will continue to improve and become more and more popular.

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the "AVANI" brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel
