我大概三天前還不知道有這樣一個城市叫新餘。對這個城市和自己訂的酒店也是充滿了期待。一直沒寫這個酒店是不知從何開始寫。 酒店位於市中心位置。周邊的餐飲娛樂應有盡有。酒店鬧中取靜。酒店的主題也很清晰，就是天使。公區和房間都有一些和天使主題相關的藝術作品。 從停車到入住到房間都很絲滑。我都覺得這個酒店硬件和細節做的不錯。洗手枱的花磚和洗手間裏面的黑白磚拼接，讓整個房間的藝術氛圍又增添了不少。甚至有一些細節是超越我的期望值，比如給寶寶的書櫃上還有幾本讀物。大家都覺得空間感和整體入住的體驗都還不錯。直到晚上臨睡前發現上下床上的燈帶無法關閉，服務人員上來解決問題的態度和方 法，很明顯對客房的設施設備並不瞭解。最後提出讓我們換房。實際上父母和小孩都已經睡下了。又要換房間，又要收行李真心的不方便。最後是我先生幾次暴力的按按鈕把燈帶關上了。雖説後來店長也打來電話表示了道歉，然而我們已經離開了新餘，在趕往贛州的高速路上了。 有的時候就是這樣，一但客人離開了， 或許再見就是再也不見了。希望酒店能夠在維持保持硬件的基礎上，提升軟件的服務質量不要給客人和自己留下遺憾。
