This is a really great experience, amenities are well prepared, warming facilities are abundant.
阿浩 did a great job taking care of us despite we coming quite late. I enjoyed so much by having some quiet time, writing with my coffee, listening to birds and breeze, joining my expression of gratitude to the nature.

房間設施ok，推薦能住木屋住木屋，環境宜人，空氣清新，來的時候屬於淡季人不多，很寧靜，公區維護差了點，看得出原本設計師是花了一番心思的。

環境滿分 尤其是早上推開門的瞬間 像進入了童話世界 森林裏透着晨光 馬在院子裏吃草 一切都很美好。房間温馨 床品 衞浴都挺舒適的。就是堵車入住的太晚 又下雨 第二天早起去空中草原 酒店沒有太深入悠閑地體驗 很可惜。服務也不錯 旺季自駕票較難買 客服會提前溝通車牌號代買 不用操心卡點搶票。

住在森林公園裡很安逸，服務態度也非常好，還幫我叫快遞寄東西回家。尤其是住在景區裏晚上看日落也不着急回酒店，早上早起的又能把那拉提耍成私人景區，挺好。

初體驗很差，酒店工作人員明知道酒店停車場不夠在已經提前添加了微信的情況下還不提前告知如何駛入其他停車場，最後在退房的時候也才告知可以體驗騎馬，退房才告知可以騎馬是不想讓客人騎嗎？離店才告知有項目，店內其他硬件設施還不錯，電梯環境略差，扶手位置有很多瓜子殼，酒店地理位置優越在森林公園內，親近大自然，但是最重要的一點如果需要較好的服務，請不要選擇這家酒店。
歡迎水果:簡單普通，五個人入住衹給兩個桃子

這個酒店的優勢主要是位於景區東門內，在小森林裏環境很好，以及可以幫忙訂自駕票，這個可以為自駕遊客贏取很多的遊覽時間；獨庫公路到那拉提這個路口經常堵車，當別的遊客在來的路上時你可以悠閑的吃完早餐開車進景區遊覽。這是酒店賣這麼貴的底氣吧，主要打的是這些優享服務體驗。我是當天下午到的，酒店幫訂了2日自駕票，當天下午進景區玩到日落，第二天一早又率先殺進天空牧場，整個遊玩體驗還是很不錯的，在人不那麼多的時候遊玩。
具體説説酒店吧，停車場位置不多但足夠停車了，會有服務員開小車拿行李接你到主樓，服務態度各方面還是不錯的。我住的房間有浴缸，晚上回來玩累了可以泡澡舒緩一下身體。酒店的早餐也還不錯。
説説我覺得不足的地方吧：
一是酒店沒有洗衣機，這個價位以及房間不多的情況下配個洗衣機並不過分，畢竟來新疆的都是長線客人，能洗衣服還是有必要的。
二是房間隔音效果不好，這是這次入住最讓人遺憾的地方。不巧晚上碰到旁邊房間素質特別差的遊客大半夜大喊大叫扯皮，聽的一清二楚，凸顯出房間隔音不好，也或許是晚上森林很安靜一點聲音會很明顯。
最後是這裏吃晚餐的地方不多，其他遊客要注意下。我們是玩到日落出來，周邊沒吃飯的地方了，去那拉提小鎮又比較遠，在小賣部隨便買了點對付。所以玩的晚的客人要規劃好晚餐。
總體來説不錯的地方，也有需要完善的地方。

雖然我覺得這個價格對比這個設施還是顯得性價比不是特別高，但是考慮到酒店所處位置，還是在可以接受的範圍內吧，酒店工作人員也很熱情，響應服務速度比較快。最重要的是，那拉提草原景色大美，特別值得推薦在這裏住兩天。
