贊攜程農莊工作人員的態度和能力。我們自駕玩了一天那拉提後，半夜11點多入住，好幾個年輕的工作人員都一直在等候到半夜，大家又提行李又加床，特別熱情認真，為你們點贊。早餐我們提前了十五分鐘到了餐廳，餐廳的工作人員也是二話不説提前給我們做飯，服務特別到位
我們入住的二層的套房很安靜，從二樓的陽台看農莊裡的小木屋、森林、草地全景很不錯。
住這裏符合我的行程要求，關鍵是不用擔心搶不到那拉提的自駕票。都知道那拉提的自駕票難搶，那拉提裏面的好房子更得提前定。提前一個月做出行計劃時，那拉提西門附近的口碑好一些的都滿房了，但為了防止之後搶不到那拉提自駕票，又必須通過預訂景區裏的住處才能獲得自駕票，我正有點着急時，發現東門居然還有攜程森林公園店的套房可以入住4大1小，正好符合我們逆時針遊伊犁環線的路線，從庫爾德寧開到那拉提，正好可以從那拉提的西門自駕進入，一路順暢地玩空中草原、盤龍古道、河谷草原，最後在東門森林公園入住。第二天一早可以啟程直接上獨庫公路，非常方便。

朋友推薦來住的，很喜歡，空氣很好，在旅遊旺季能有這樣一處寧靜的住處讓我們非常驚喜，工作人員小楊熱情周到，天潤的手工酸奶、飲料可樂不限量喝，早餐豐富，有質感好的民族服裝免費穿戴拍照，除了免費的歡迎水果新鮮度一般，其他的我們都很滿意！而且可以享受景區人潮散去獨自享受草原的落日

在那拉提森林公園內部，酒店的環境非常非常非常漂亮，我們住的森林木屋，木屋之間間隔一段距離，很安靜，坐在小木屋門口吃吃東西聊聊天，非常愜意。
每一個工作人員都很nice，姑娘們主動幫忙拎行李，前台哈薩克族的小夥子阿浩長的帥還很熱心，一直幫忙找卡丁車的小夥子，非常推薦的酒店。

住了兩天，總體來説還是很不錯的，是新疆這麼多天服務排前列的，作為攜程會員，飲料都可以隨便喝，工作人員小周和其他工作人員都非常好，地理位置絕佳，環境很美。
就一個事情讓人莫名，我們其中一頓飯選擇在餐廳吃，然後圖一這盤小涼菜，他們叫這個醬牛肉，售價118，上菜後我們很詫異，找店員反覆確認，他們説確定這就是價值118的醬牛肉，我們也衹能收下。第二天還作為小菜出現在了早餐的餐桌上，這頓早餐挺值錢的….

酒店前台的阿浩和週週服務態度超級好！還給我們拍了少數民族服飾的寫真。
但是酒店的早餐真的很糟，配不上這樣的環境。
