Xinyuan Xinhua Hotel

Located in Xincheng District, Xinyuan County, it is not very far from the court in Xincheng District. It is convenient to do business, about 200 meters away. There is a food court not far away, which is quite prosperous and has hot pot and barbecue. The hotel also has breakfast, which is very rich. Next time I come to Xinyuan for a business trip, I will still choose this store.

The hotel overall is okay, it is a relatively new and decent hotel in the area. The breakfast was so disappointing. In Xinjiang, I could actually drink milk tea made from milk tea powder (when I used to stay in hotels in Xinjiang, I always had boiled milk tea and milk). This is Xinjiang! There’s milk everywhere! The cucumber salad turned out to have changed its flavor. This was the first time I ate stale green vegetables that had gone bad in a hotel. It was so uncomfortable! I took photos originally, I hope the hotel will pay attention and remind other guests who are coming to stay.

The newly opened hotel is in a very remote location. The room is several hundred meters away from the elevator. Regardless of the fact that travelers have a lot of luggage and are tired from the journey, the front desk phone must be dialed from an outside line. The air conditioner does not work when entering the room. I was ruthlessly rejected when I asked for two more bottles of water. I refused because it looked new and I thought it was cleaner, but I found that there was a used facial mask on the bedside. I suspected that the previous guest had not cleaned it after checking out! When checking out, the front desk didn't even say a word or even raised his head. There was no sense of service at all! There are only one or two restaurants around where you can eat, and the prices are ridiculously expensive. The decoration looks very new, but in fact the hotel software is very poor and the service attitude is very poor!

酒店服務非常好，早餐非常棒，酒店設施比較新，層高挑高層還給予了升房，下車後酒店人員就主動幫忙提行李，回家的感覺。晚上入住酒店後孩子腳崴傷了求助酒店冰袋，工作人員主動送到房間，再次感謝當晚前台的美女小姐姐。由於自駕行程太匆忙，沒有及時給予評價。新疆之旅再次感謝新源新華酒店提供優質的服務，願你們酒店生意興隆，財源廣進！
