When I made the reservation, the hotel was still newly opened and there weren't many reviews. I made a phone call and found the staff to be enthusiastic, so I made a blind reservation. Not satisfied with the actual stay:
1. The biggest reason for choosing this hotel is because the parent-child room has a layout of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. It is very spacious and suitable for a family of 3 people. After actually checking in, I found that the circle of sofas placed in the living room in the room type pictures and videos had been removed, and only a flashy thing like a children's tent was placed. As a result, the family only had one chair to sit on in addition to lying on the bed.
2. The decoration of the hotel is still very strong, especially the family room we stayed in. There was a layer of wall and windows outside the window, which caused poor air flow. The staff showed me another family room, but the window was very high and half of the bottom wall was covered with walls. The room was very dark and had a bad look.
At noon on the second day after leaving the hotel, our family members suffered from vomiting, diarrhea and fever. I don’t know whether it was a problem with the breakfast food or the irritating influence of the room’s substandard environmental protection.
