Our stay at Indigo Nalati was pure delight! Nestled close to the grasslands, the hotel blends local charm with modern comfort—cozy rooms with stunning views, and a restaurant serving delicious regional dishes.
A huge shoutout to Manager Andy Li, whose warmth and expertise made our trip unforgettable. He remembered our preferences, recommended hidden hiking trails, and even arranged a terrace dinner under the stars. The staff’s attentiveness matched his care, from check-in to departure.
Truly a gem in Nalati. We’ll definitely return!

The beautiful view of the Nalati Sky
Grassland is in the Hotel Indigo Nalati .Chance Zhang, the director of hotel operations, followed up on my check-in experience. Yummy foods ,nice view,excellent service are very good experience made me feel the hospitality of the IHG Hotels.The hotel facilities are often lacking, but because of the existence of Mr. Chance, I feel very good. Vvvery nice management model.I am very happy to stay this time.

沒想到在那拉提有這麼好的酒店可以入住，我們運氣不錯趕上他們試營業，聽説7月正式營業，不愧是國際五星酒店服務和設施，就在景區大門旁邊，面對景區風景秀美，服務一流，早餐也還不錯，來新疆喝到最正宗的咖啡、最優秀的服務、最豪華的硬件設施就是在這，床品舒服乾淨是睡得最好的一晚，開床服務、歡迎奶茶水果點心、迎賓送客行李搬送、擔心我們接下來行程路上缺少吃喝臨走時還貼心準備零食、水和小禮物，服務和硬件真的沒的説，還給升級了觀景院落房，下次來或朋友來一定再次入住。

那拉提英迪格酒店名副其實的五星級酒店，入住前Ella 提前聯繫詢問需求，並且大堂有行李員禮貌的接送行李，整個大堂的裝修都很豪華，公共區域擺放的工藝品也很精緻。新開的酒店多處都有一些小問題，但是通過我給Ella 反饋後，值班經理Una第一時間給我反饋，甚至酒店的運營總監也很重視我們的體驗，這個是別的酒店都無法做到的，整體來説還是讓人非常難忘的，最後期待酒店的生意蒸蒸日上，也希望我下次來的時候可以有改善！

這次來新疆旅行，最滿意的就是入住那拉提英迪格酒店！毫不誇張地説，它完全超出預期。
酒店就在那拉提景區門口，那拉提草原和遠處的天山直接成為天然背景板，早上打開窗簾，遼闊的草原和壯麗的雪山映入眼簾，心情瞬間被治癒。而且去景區特別方便，步行幾分鐘就能到達遊客中心，完美實現錯峯遊玩，避開人由CCD香港鄭中設計事務所操刀，整體以那拉提四季變化為主題，一走進大堂就能感受到滿滿的當地特色。破冰的野百合、獨庫公路路線圖。
從前台辦理入住，到行李搬運，每一位工作人員都熱情周到，尤其Kitty小姐姐有求必應，讓人感覺特別温暖，入住體驗感直網上升 。

酒店在那拉提景區的入口處，地理位置十分方便，出酒店幾百米就可以到景區入口，方便到景區去遊玩。非常幸運能成為酒店第一批入住的客人，酒店的設施環境遠遠超出附近同等價位的民宿。酒店工作人員的服務也非常熱情，進門開始就會給提供奶茶飲品，還贈送了歡迎水果。但因為開業可能太倉促了，在管理服務上有一些小的問題，希望以後可以改進！
