住的很爽 樓上露台也能看到風景 一次美好的旅行 看外面本以為是很普通的農家院 進來以後別有洞天

4個人2個標間，晚上11點準備洗澡了，發現沒有吹風機，問服務員説因為有人偷過所以都放前台了。熱水器洗着洗着沒熱水了，第二個人還沒洗，問服務員説要等半小時才能熱，結果等好久也還是30多度，讓找個空房間洗一下，結果還是冷的，最後因為洗澡搞到晚上1點半。衞生跟環境都沒有問題，但是這些設施問題不提前説明，真的添麻煩。

客棧應該是自家屋院改造的，比較簡陋，沒有窗，連一些基本的用品都沒有，洗完澡整個房間都是水，店主的服務態度還是不錯的，有什麼問題都積極處理，但入住體驗是真的不怎麼好。

其實各方面都很不錯，小木屋非常新，設施很不錯，還給我們免費升級了，老闆提前了兩個小時打電話提醒我們及時趕到禾木否則進不去 對於我們這種不瞭解情況的很有必要。坐完區間車管家也積極接站介紹很不錯。唯一的小小瑕疵就是小木屋畢竟在景區裏面，房間內會有蚊子和蜘蛛，怕蟲子的女生記得帶上老公或者男朋友再體驗～

房間寬敞，設施齊全，服務積極熱情。沿着門口道路走下去就是鞏乃斯河，景色優美、環境安寧。入住的兩晚都有新疆歌舞互動，可惜我和家人這兩天都玩到比較晚，吃完飯都十二點左右了，沒能參加。端午節老闆還給住客們送了粽子和果盤，因為我們沒有及時回來一起慶祝節日，老闆還專門等到我們回來送給我們。如果下次有機會再來那拉提，這家客棧依然是首選！

民宿特別舒適，很温馨的感覺，老闆和老闆娘也很好，善良，熱情，住在裏面像住在家一樣，下次再來新疆，還來這邊住。非常滿意。還可以點餐吃，實惠又好吃，尤其是做的花捲，特別好吃。
