I entered a building but didn‘t find it - finally a woman was called to show me to my room (ai am used to be shown the room anyway). Althought I had asked for a nonsmoking-room I got a smoking room that looked in the street so it was quite noisy as I had to leave the window open. Not a very pleasant stay.
