First of all, I want to praise Jeger! He was enthusiastic and responsible in helping us contact the horse team to experience horse riding. We went to the beautiful river valley grassland, which was really beautiful~
My good friend had a birthday on the day we checked in. The manager was very attentive and sent a lot of small cakes, fruits, etc. and sang a birthday song.
Since we were traveling in the off-season, only we used the ktv. There were few people in the hot spring. The experience was very good👍

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is very beautiful, in a relatively remote place. You can see the river and beautiful mountains in front. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor.
Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us.
Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time.
In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back.

The landlady has a good service attitude. I traveled by car and the landlady helped me plan the route and do my homework. Not only did I save money I took the wrong path, but I could still have a better time. It's not too good at all. It's highly recommended. Picked the little strawberries from the yard to eat. The room is clean and hygienic, and the hot water is also very powerful. Because the scenic area staff did not pass the approval of the vehicle registration in time, the guy drove a car to pick us up and help us with our luggage! He showed us the rooms one by one, because Ctrip showed that there was only one wooden house, and we only booked one wooden house. The guy said that it was because the water pipes of other wooden houses were frozen in winter, and only two were good. One of the floors was spilled with Coke by the previous customers, and it was not open if it was not cleaned up! After arriving, we found that because we were the only ones staying in the winter off-season, we communicated with the manager. We didn't mind that the floor was dirty, so the manager upgraded one of our rooms to a wooden house for free! The overall environment is great, and everything in the room is very well equipped, even many things that are generally not used are equipped! ! ! The space of the twin room is larger than that of the wooden house. The twin room on the first floor where we live is the farm experience hall as soon as we come out, so the area is available for use. The style is very nice, and it is very filmy if you take a casual shot! ! ! We went to the coffee machine at the front desk to take pictures. The guy was very considerate and gave us the place to take pictures, and he ran to the corner to stay!!! They are serious services, unlike other hotels that only have room card service!!! Even breakfast is delivered to each room!!! TTUCK LOONGIts May 2024. The reception was ******. That counter boy asked us lot of rubbish questions, ie. our full journey details from flight details to lodging to driver details. When we reached there, its our 10th day! Hello, are you pleased with this kind of treament? ... that we didnt encountered in all our previous stays. The management was generally cold but the workers helpful.
The hotel is well maintained, esp the flowers and garden. The location is good and next to a grassland. The food and coffee are good.
each unit has got a glass window above the bed for stars watching, but the glass is covered with a layer of dust.

AAnonymous UserI was told that my room was in adifferent building just around the corner. I entered a building but didn‘t find it - finally a woman was called to show me to my room (ai am used to be shown the room anyway). We went through half the park and the lady didn‘t bother that I had to carry five bags. Only upon me insisting she went to bring a loundry basket on wheels for my equipment.
Althought I had asked for a nonsmoking-room I got a smoking room that looked in the street so it was quite noisy as I had to leave the window open. Not a very pleasant stay.
