第一次來鄭州龍湖鎮送孩子上學，沒來之前在網上找酒店，看到弘德人文酒店好評不錯，果斷定了。來之前電話聯繫了前台妹妹，非常客氣的給我們升了套房。住了三天，環境很不錯，衞生乾淨，服務人員禮貌，服務熱情，因為中間有兩天要去開封，我又提前預訂回來的房間，以後有機會再來還會住這裏。

天津出發，多次南下都選擇第一天住在鄭州，帶泳池的酒店這家是最便宜的，而且泳池很不錯。
主要是距離高速口也不遠，適合作為中間站。
房間也很乾凈，設施齊全，有冰箱，早餐也不錯。

酒店餐廳早餐太垃圾了，完全不符合這個價位標準的酒店。熱菜一個肉菜都沒有，涼菜也沒什麼東西，飲品有連個自己弄的那個東西，也不好喝，牛奶也沒有，就這個豆漿，西點都是涼的，關鍵還不好吃！麪包片也沒有，就更別説加温了！如果到是有，始終如一就西瓜喝哈密瓜兩種，還有個小橘子。這個標準的酒店咖啡肯定是標配，但這個酒店是一配不配啊，壓根就給你沒有！是我住過這個標準的酒店早餐最垃圾的酒店！

酒店早餐極其垃圾，不符合 260 元以上標準的酒店早餐。沒有一個肉菜，就素菜也才兩款，牛奶沒有熱的，豆漿也沒看到，咖啡也沒有！喝的飲料還是自己泡的！也不知道是什麼東西！就是倆字‘省錢’。西點也沒什麼，有個蛋撻還是冰冰涼！跟之前在這住過時的早餐差的太多了，不是一星半點的差！

房間寬敞，設施齊備，早餐自助菜品豐富，入住體驗挺好的，在這裏培訓了好多天，周邊各類設施也很完備，健身房，游泳館，都供住客使用。

酒店服務態度以及衞生方面都非常好，每次去鄭州都會住這裏，送的歡迎水果非常好，烘焙的餅乾很好吃，又給前台要了一份哈哈哈。這次沒帶泳衣，國標泳池也很好！推薦！

一進房間觀管特別好寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，房間窗户特別大，空氣清新，站在窗口可以看見驪山風景，隔音效果也是特別好的，我們入住的是臨街的房子，晚上關上窗户特別安靜，前台的服務也是沒得説，房間還配送了免費水，推薦
