Shuyuan Light Luxury Hotel

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to attractions and shopping areas. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, highly recommended!

I booked a triple room, but the hotel made a mistake and gave me a different one. They changed my room because they said the triple rooms were on the third floor and they didn't want me to disturb other guests. But that wasn't the most infuriating part. The hotel's airport pickup service initially told me to meet at Gate 4, which I called before collecting my luggage. When I got to Gate 4, I called him to ask where he was, and he said he was at the hotel. I asked how long it would take him to arrive, and he said soon, he was coming. After waiting for over ten minutes, he arrived but didn't call me. I called him to ask where he was, and he said he was at Gate 5. I said, "Didn't you say Gate 4?" He apologized and told me to come over. When I got there, I called him again to ask where he was, and he said he was picking up people. I said, "I'm at Gate 5, where are you?" He asked how many people I was with, and I said three. He said, "Oh, three people? Then wait for the next group." So I stood in the cold wind for almost half an hour. My question is, if you weren't going to arrive so quickly, why did you make me come out? Why didn't you tell me you might be late and let me wait inside?

Really quiet, really like it. Not expensive and lacks a hotel you like, good reviews.
