This experience is really great, because my father and sister were in transit in Henan and were worried at first. The store was really enthusiastic and provided free pick-up and drop-off from the airport because we had fresh food. They were very enthusiastic about finding a place for us. Looking for the refrigerator and wide tape, they were so enthusiastic. The driver and the lady at the front desk were even speechless. Dad said that he had never seen such a good service attitude.
