The front desk is on the first floor and the room is on the 5/6 floor. I don't know why, many rooms have bad exhaust fans entering the toilet. However, the master repairs quickly, and there is a problem and the front desk will correspond immediately. There are too few windows in the relatively ventilated corridor. Like the inner window room, there is a smell. But overall it is OK, there are several other hotels nearby. At the weekend, the rooms are sold well!

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

The hotel is very near to the airport. When we were driving out of the hotel, we found that the exit was unavailable. However, when we checked out, the front desk did not inform us in advance. We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

I have to give a bad review! I thought it was pretty good at first. The girl at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic. She upgraded my room and gave me yogurt snacks. But the weird experience started right away. In the middle of the night, the staff brought strangers to my door and said they were staying in this room. Fortunately, I locked it. (Did the staff bring people to the door without verification? They couldn't tell who was staying in which room? Of course, we don't know whether they really couldn't tell or pretended to tell or had other intentions.) When I checked out the next day, a guy who claimed to be the duty manager came to apologize. His attitude was pretty good. He gave me some worthless souvenirs and snacks. Because I didn't need them in time for the flight, he finally stuffed a box of tea in the car. The funniest thing was that I found that the tea was 23-year-old green tea (who drinks aged green tea?). Are you here to apologize or use the apology to mock customers? Overall, the hardware, hygiene, and breakfast are all good, and there is also a drop-off service. But the experience was terrible.

Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.
