位置很好，坐車方便，房間簡潔，雙人床房在陰面的多，陽面的是大床房，大堂有免費結緣的經書，感覺挺好。唯一不足就是不能幫忙預訂車輛，如果沒有長者孩子來坐免費大巴車也不錯。推薦酒店內的餐廳就餐，早餐28一人，其他都還好。

房間很乾凈，前台服務也非常好👌，我們晚上9.30到的酒店，外面基本已經沒啥吃的了，到酒店還有酸湯手工麪，要的麪直接會送到房間裏面，非常nice，很適合小朋友吃，早上的自助餐也非常好吃，乾淨，大朋友和小朋友們非常的開心😃非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

I have been to Yuanping for business trips many times. Hanting Hotel is the best environment I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is complete and the waiters are warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and bright, the facilities were complete, and the towels and bedding were very new and comfortable to use. In addition to toiletries, toothbrushes and combs are also equipped with laundry detergent, which is simply too friendly for our business trip. As a platinum member of Trip.com , there are many business trips, this time traveling in Shanxi for 10 days. His home is the worst night of the accommodation experience. 1. The sanitation is very poor. I just entered the room and prepared to open the window for ventilation. I grabbed the white and gray. There is no table and stool in the room, no place to put luggage, and no drying rack. 3. Call the front desk for feedback, no one answers. (The waiter said the phone line was not connected the next day), you are so anxious to open the phone, in case the guests have something to do, how to contact you quickly. 4. I had no choice but to go to the front desk clerk to reflect these situations. The reply said that all the rooms could not be exchanged. It’s too late at 10 o’clock in the evening, so I went back to the room to rest, but after a while, a male waiter knocked on the door and said to the room to see the situation. He actually said that you are really dissatisfied. You can check out. I wonder if this is the attitude of solving the problem? It was so late, I dragged my luggage to find another place to rest.
