前台小哥哥小姐姐已經洪荒之力了，很熱情，還幫忙準備了孩子的生日禮物，非常感謝。但這個價位的酒店，要自己從古城外停車場開始，提着行李步行接近1km，沒有人能來接，古城的石板路很難拖箱子，進店後缺少無障礙通道，還設計了一段段石板加石子路，這麼辛苦的入住，註定沒有心情表揚太多了。
另外，温泉水一定要自己提前放，需要很久，一樣沒有工作人員幫忙準備。
更適合網紅打卡，包括大幅的透明玻璃牆有夕曬和私隱的問題。所以整體居住體驗對比價位，相差甚遠
總體感覺，細節問題不在工作人員在老闆。

房間乾淨 温泉池子夠大 水不限量 前台的小姐姐小哥哥們服務周到 需要什麼都能及時給到
酒店大堂及進入房間的大廳都有充足的礦泉水供隨手拿取 這點真的非常不錯
入住會有免費的小食和水果 因為景區不提供紙巾 出門逛吃前台還會給拿紙巾 很貼心！

這次主要帶狗狗出行，就選擇了這家民宿,
一到酒店就好感拉滿，前台工作人員熱情又貼心，辦理入住很快！
房間帶獨立小院，對小狗太友好了！狗狗一進去就撒歡跑，盡情玩耍，完全不怕打擾到別人。房間裏就有私湯温泉，泡湯的時候能看到小狗在旁邊愜意晃悠，幸福感爆棚！

因為孩子喜歡泡湯，特意選了方形的大池，孩子玩的不亦樂乎。客服們都很熱情，幫忙推薦好吃的，吃飯出門還給備上紙巾，特別貼心！民宿的整體環境都想當nice，景好環境也好，值得推薦！

環境：古城裡有很多家温泉酒店 四十九是讓我來了又來的一家店 適合情侶 親子 家庭出遊 這次婦女節又定了四人間 體驗很好 節日還送了氣球花花 還送了小禮物 滿滿儀式感
衞生：乾淨整潔
設施：智能簡約 很喜歡小院 在酒店裡待着都很愜意。住店送了迎賓水果和小零食 誠意滿滿。一出門就是小吃街 方便且屋內安靜不吵鬧。離停車場150米 免費停車！
服務：前台的小哥哥小姐姐態度很好 離店還送了幾瓶熱水百歲山。忘帶卸粧了也送來了卸粧巾 東西齊全。你能想到的都有。體驗感很好 而且還寵物友好 還會再來！

週末帶孩子過去玩了一天，房間有歡迎水果還有小零食，院裏環境很棒，還可以帶寵物，温泉池也很大，孩子玩的很開心。出門前台小姐姐會給一包紙方便吃吃喝喝，房間的水還是百歲山，而且不夠了還可以隨便拿的那種，體驗感很棒。

這家民宿一直被種草，去年來忻州古城就想定，但滿房，就定了別家。今年再來就果斷預訂了這家。但總體來説落差較大。
首先，服務方面。出發當天接到民宿的電話，聯繫加微信發酒店停車場位置。全程説了沒有兩句話，口氣比較硬（較之其他民俗和酒店）。到店後看到全是小姑娘，服務意識上面還是差一點。
其次，房間比較緊湊，衞生上面也差點。浴室浴巾也沒有疊好，洗手池裡麪還有水漬。隔音也一般，旁邊房間有小朋友，晚上玩鬧的聲音聽的很清楚。
再次，是房間配備的問題。我們定的是顯示可以住四人的房間。但所有用品都是兩份。聯繫前台補的很快，就是覺得這點考慮的不是很周到。還需要客人要。
優點是位置很好，離美食街很近，泡澡水很舒服。
總體來説性價比不高，同等價位有很多其他選擇。希望能做的更好吧。
