開車到雄安時已經天黑。酒店在白洋澱附近，在前台辦理入住瞭解酒店的情況時，一位女士過來向我們詳細介紹了酒店在雄安的方位、特色和美食等，入住房間時外面有些吵，下樓吃飯時向前台提出能否換一個房間，她説你們先吃飯，一會就辦理。在餐廳一位服務員找到我們説，剛才霍經理去你們的房間看了,樓下的聲音有些大，一會就結束，你們要換房樓同樓層兩頭有兩間你們看看是否滿意?我們看後滿意前台就幫我們換了，一會又送了一份果盤，説霍經理送的。我們很感動，沒想到酒店的霍經理這麼關心客人的入住情況，親自到房間查看問題，還贈送果盤，下了班依然還會接待客人並親自回答諮詢。我們離開酒店時沒見到霍經理説聲謝謝!他的工作態度和温暖的服務感動着我們，酒店一定會生意興隆!

酒店周圍環境很好，草坪很大。房間住的舒服。全程微笑服務，非常有耐心且貼心，服務員趙志燕在入住期間提供很多幫助。餐的數量並不是很多，但種類齊全。很乾凈。餐廳工作人員主動提供幫助和服務。感謝酒店帶給我們很開心的入住體驗!

酒店設施齊全，除基本的住宿需求外，也有可以工作的空間。酒店乾淨整潔，被褥枕頭非常乾爽，住宿感覺非常好。酒店很大，有很棒的咖啡廳。早餐也不錯。服務人員都很熱情，辦理入住、退房時也很便捷，前台幫我們解答了很多問題👍👍，會主動告知各類事項，也會主動問好。

酒店環境非常好，服務也特別棒，電話預訂員時德苗女士耐心解答各種問題，入住當日前台雷雨洋，孫雅麗，魏穎，鄧朝陽等人員服務特別好，可以看出酒店的培訓和管理的水平超高，咖啡廳人員張佳寧，王浩服務態度和語言談吐很有素質，總的來説這個酒店的人員都跟棒給我留下了很好的印象。

酒店園林式設計，很大，很美，適合休閑遛娃。前台小妹妹服務熱情，辦理入住高效快捷。房間寬敞明亮，佈置的温馨舒適，客房服務人員服務周到，特別感謝崔紅麗，鄧麗輝的用心服務，主動把晾衣繩上的衣物烘乾併疊放整齊，每一個細節都讓人感受到她們的貼心服務。餐飲也很棒，菜品精緻可口。超出預期，是一家值得再去的寶藏酒店。另外，酒店的夜景也很美！

酒店環境很好。雖然位置有點遠，但從高鐵開車過來，欣賞沿路景色，很快就到了，感覺不是很遠。一個封閉的綠色氧吧花園，像歐洲小鎮。拍照出效果，一年四季都能出圖。酒店確實安靜。預訂時，前台服務人員韓娜、王淇專業解答，考慮到同行的長者，酒店提前準備了電動輪椅，方便她們遊園。私人管家趙志燕，趙素環，每天周到細緻地問候，讓人很温暖，印象深刻！幾乎見到的每位服務人員都訓練有素，甚至還包括酒店門衞。酒店中餐廳離主樓有點遠，兩位年輕的服務員的專業素質相當不低，打包給送到前台。
整體感覺這家酒店雖然不是掛牌五星，客服卻超過五星酒店，比很多帝都酒店服務都好！温暖、專業的態度，讓人驚喜！非常願意推薦給朋友們，推薦指數10顆星。
