the location is very nice , on top of a hill overlooking the beautful Evoian gulf and beach. The service is good, the outskirts of the hotel are green and pleasant. The room have nice balconies facing the beach. The swimming pool is nice too but there's no children's pool.
The rooms are fine, but a bit small, and the bed is only 1.60 m. width. The bathroom is unbearable, way too small and no place for two people. Never saw such a tiny bathroom.
Breakfast is good, with wide selection of food, but for dinner, the food in the main dinning room was not tasty and not good. We had something light at the bar outside.

Wow! Forgive the cliche but this really was a 10/10 weekend stay at the Deluxe sea view room.
Everything (!) was great and the breakfast was PERFECT. thank you Brown Beach Chalkida!
also recommend the great Bora Bora beach nearby which makes the location so great.

The location is good, convenient for business trips, but you need to rent a car, the consumption is reasonable, the room is tidy, the service staff is kind, the breakfast is rich, the sound insulation is very good, but the toilet is a little problematic.
