I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Facilities: Very complete Breakfast is so delicious!!! I also had the most amazing ceiling-level coffee in the hotel buffet, hot American iced American, and croissants! I also want to praise Platinum follow-up shooting. Anantara's follow-up shooting service is good. The makeup is very good and the photographer's emotional value is full. The filming and editing efficiency are very high. Sanitation: Very clean, fragrant everywhere. The river view room is not humid because of the river. Not a mosquito has entered the room Environment: The upgraded river view room is very beautiful, especially the bathtub looks beautiful outside Service: I have to talk about the service in particular. The room service is great, and the shuttle service staff is very patient. The only thing I may think is that there are a few concierge ladies at the front desk who are a little impatient. Perfect location for a relaxing couple of days. Room on first night (queen bed terrace) was great with fabulous views. Frog was found in the bathroom but hotel staff quick to remove. Second night (queen bed outdoor bathtub) was worth the extra money for a much larger room which was a great location to have our friends over for games in the evening as the previous night outside was a bit chilly! Bath was great although more privacy is needed as only a small bit of rattan around it. Pool was open but too cold to swim, can imagine it’s great in the summer. During the day when sat round the pool, bit noisy as some building work was going on. Restaurant nearby was great. A highlight of the trip was being taken on walks by the owners dog. All staff members were friendly and attentive. Have already recommended to friends.

First of all, the hotel arranged to pick us up at the airport. The lady who picked us up drove a BMW electric car. She was very good at driving. I didn't get carsick at all. Then she waited patiently in the parking lot for us to take out our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was upgraded to a river view room, which was really a surprise. The room was very spacious and there was a super large bathtub, although I didn't use it. For people like me who are not suitable for night tours because of their small children, it is really comfortable to watch the night view by the window at night, a glass of wine, a night! I stayed for 2 nights and felt that the cost performance was very high. It was also convenient to go out. I could reach the night market in a few steps. The hotel breakfast was quite satisfactory. For someone like me who is not very enthusiastic about food, I am still very satisfied!

He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, answering all our questions and giving us great recommendations on what to do and see around the area. Whether it was arranging a fun jungle adventure for the kids or helping us find a delicious local restaurant, Xiaodai was always there with a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. The resort also has a variety of activities for kids, which kept my little ones entertained throughout our stay. They had a blast exploring the nature trails, participating in the kids' club activities, and swimming in the pool. It was so nice to see them having so much fun while also learning about the rainforest and its unique ecosystem. In addition, the food at the resort was delicious. There was a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful.
