房間設施環境可以，就是呼叫客房服務員換垃圾袋説要給服務費，然後就自己換了。其它都挺不錯的，當然服務費不應該索要，這應該是住客想給才給的。本想給的，但服務員進門就開口索要，這樣讓我入住很不爽。所以呢沒有給。

回老家過年入住天澤兩晚，總體印象很不錯，在浠水幾個酒店中，天澤算是性價比較高。下次回家大概率還想住天澤。建議早餐可以稍微收晚一點，尤其是過年期間。另外，添床被子收30元費用可以改為按金。對於我們這種外地返鄉人員沒有關係，無論怎麼收費下一次可能還會繼續住，但若對於外地遊客的話，添床被子收30元錢就感覺酒店沒有那麼友好，下次不會再來住的，畢竟我們在外地酒店很少碰到加床被褥另加費用，當然，存在即合理，我都接受，也無可厚非。希望家鄉一切都好，酒店業能持續發展，才做出此等建議，服務越好，越為旅客着想，生意會越興隆。

房間有蟑螂，早餐太差，還九點就結束了，住了兩天吃了一碗早餐牛肉麪還吃出塑料包裝，這是出差那麼多地，第一次想上來差評的酒店。

中国国内のクレジットカードしか使えない（❌️Master❌️.VISA.❌️AMEX）ので、支払いに注意してください。ホテルのフロントいわく、近くにATMはないそうなので、現金を準備した方が良いです。
朝食はバイキング形式ですが、種類が少なく、味は期待できない。
部屋の設備は揃っているので、寝るだけなら満足できます。

千萬不要來這裏住 我已經上當了，態度惡劣，房間小蟲蚊子都有 空調？..呵呵 跟沒開一樣，睡覺熱死，冰箱壞的，問服務員 服務員説是常温，跟外面温度一樣 叫常温 你是不是誤解常温的意思了，真諷刺。
