每次出差都是住這家酒店，一直信賴源於他們的服務。走進大堂小姐姐一眼就認出了我，幫我拿行李倒茶水還有熱毛巾，送到電梯口。進入房間還是一如既往的温馨，洗漱用品和拖鞋的品質真的沒話説。而這次的經歷是真的被感動到，晚飯的時候接到通知，凌晨2點要去對接的公司下到車間檢查出貨的質量，可把我跟同行的小夥伴着急壞了。酒店距離合作的公司有3.8公里，這小縣城我都不知道那麼晚能不能打到車。於是抱着試試看的想法打通了客服經理的電話（後來得知是酒店的店長），詢問晚上打車是否方便，不方便的話能不能想想別的辦法，借電動車讓我們騎行過去？客服經理很快就在幫忙找同事借電動車，過了3分鐘後回複電話説，車借到了，也告訴我們一個準確的消息，她諮詢附近有夜店打車是很方便的，讓我們不用擔心。我們一再強調我們騎車是有償的，她一直表示不用收費。到了凌晨1點左右她還專程打電話到房間提醒我們注意時間，為了保證我們的安全又臨時通知了讓保安師傅送我們過去。天吶，這是什麼神仙服務，簡直把我們激動壞了，凌晨01:30，坐着保安師傅的車我們感到特別踏實，準時到了合作單位。工作一下都沒有耽誤。原來在酒店入住真的可以無所不能，能解決我們遇到的各種問題。第二天下午在酒店遇到了客服經理，一個勁的感謝。以後還會介紹更多的小夥伴入住服務到極致的美豪麗致酒店！

選擇這家酒店源於與老友的結緣，老友派駐到這邊工作，極力推薦我入住，一直強調這家酒店的服務特別好。出於好奇下了訂單，到店之前就接到了酒店打來的電話，問我何時到店？天氣情況，注意添加衣物。還問了一下，我是否有忌口的食物，我衹是做了簡單的問答，並沒有往心裏去。到店以後，整個大堂輕鬆的音樂讓我特別放鬆。前台熱情的接過行李給我倒了杯據説是本地的菊花茶，順利的辦完入住手續，送我進電梯的半分鐘給我詳細介紹了酒店的設備還有哪些服務，瞬間那種歸屬感油然而生。房間的裝修風格簡約大氣，床品還是很不錯的，最意外的還是後面，是我萬萬沒想到的。中途外出晚上六點再次回來的時候，被房間的裝飾驚喜到了，他們竟然從我的入住訊息裏查到，當天是我的生日。給我佈置了房間，送了蛋糕和手寫的卡片和生日禮物，整個房間佈置的温馨且用心。水果盤，床上的浴巾蛋糕，蛋糕也是我喜歡的芒果口味，指甲套裝對於我來説簡直不要太好，我真的感動不已，出差外地竟然得到比在家還好的待遇，我真的對這家酒店產生的好感不止一點點。幾分鐘後接到了前台打來的電話，代表酒店祝我生日快樂。我當時都把這個待遇發給我的家人在炫耀。一家普通的酒店給我帶來尊貴的待遇，不是簡單的感動能表達的我的心情，我想這場景將會成為我日後美好的回憶吧。晚上去餐廳吃麪的時候，大姐也是很用心給我煮了長壽麪，毫不猶豫的説這次生日過得最有意義！切實感受到，老友口中的，服務特別好！他們真的就把顧客當成了家人，處處透露的管理的細節和用心，每個人的笑容讓我義無反顧以後常常會光顧的，我也會用我的經歷告訴我朋友，朋友的朋友，美豪麗致酒店真的就是寶藏酒店！

第一次來修水入住這個酒店，寬敞的大堂和熱情的服務讓，35㎡的客房空間超出我的預期！陽光透過淺色窗簾灑進來，佈置得簡約又温馨。床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴花灑水温超給力，還有免費的礦泉水和小零食貼心擺放。最驚喜的是工作區配備了大功率插座+USB接口，手機電腦隨時充電超方便~細節滿分！深夜酒店餐廳23:00還有修水特色的蓋子麪，師傅還特意加了雞蛋，暖胃暖心。從前台辦理入住到客房打掃都感受到滿滿用心~有次詢問周邊景點，小姐姐不僅手繪簡易地圖還標註了網紅小吃店！入住期間遇到電腦故障，工程小哥主動帶着工具上門檢修，服務細節真的戳中我！若能增設自助售賣機就更完美啦～不過這絲毫不影響整體好評！下次來修水還會毫不猶豫選擇這裏！

房間里歐式大沙發用在床榻，空間很大，衞生間的大浴缸真不錯，還有一次性泡泡袋

房間乾淨衞生。前台很熱情，服務到位，還免費升級了房型，空間很大。前後都可以停車，很安全，有保安看管。晚上還有夜宵吃，十點多送來一份熱氣騰騰的一碗麪。還送了兩份下午茶，中午退房的時候，順便吃了一點點心，總體來説，酒店每個細節做得非常滿意！很到位。

聽朋友説這家酒店新開的，有下午茶和夜宵吃，，網上看價格也不高，4鑽酒店價格才178，就過來了，，進店就感覺這大廳好大，風格年輕化，，服務人員熱情，，遞過來茶水温度剛好，口感也不錯，，房間佈局跟衞生都滿意，，早餐的粉好有特色，夜宵一碗麪也不錯，下次再來，推薦大家住。
