房間可以，設施比較老舊，不知道哪年開的，看介紹是19年裝修的。攜程上訂的是最優惠價了，當地的協議價也就這樣了，攜程很頂。前台的小高和小王服務態度很好，建議老闆給她們加雞腿。酒店沒有花灑，這個很好，衹有頂上一個噴頭，個子矮的可能會夠的着急，不要緊，可以喊服務員過來幫忙。在這個小縣城，很不錯了，還要啥自行車。

住樂雪酒店體驗超棒！一進大堂，裝修精緻優雅，氛圍温馨。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，窗外景色也美。工作人員熱情周到，從前台到保潔，都禮貌貼心，有求必應。早餐豐富多樣，二樓湘菜正宗，味道不錯。設施也很齊全，停車場都方便。性價比超高，下次還選這兒！

酒店位置好，有個超大的停車場，酒店還新裝飾了後門，進出酒店特方便，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，客房大姐在我退房的時候還送我兩瓶礦泉水，服務太貼心了，早餐品種多，味道很好，這家酒店值得推薦👍👍👍

酒店位置優越,在市中心,去哪裡辦事都很方便。房間整潔、明亮,設施齊全,熱水出的快水流也很舒服。前台和客房大姐服務態度極好，有問題都會耐心解答。早餐品種多,而且味道好。酒店停車也很方便,後邊有一個很大的停車場。這家店應該是岫巖的天花板了。值得推薦！

從岫巖下高速很快就到酒店了，交通很方便。酒店停車場很大，很容易停車。前台小姐姐很熱情，幫忙按電梯指引上樓。到了房間很乾凈，打開窗簾可以看到一條大河，夜景還挺好看，要是天暖和，可以到河邊溜達。前台介紹了有温泉洗浴，24小時的，正好開了一天車挺累，放鬆一下，確實不錯，很舒服。酒店早餐環境挺好，品種也挺多的，還有當地的特色，第一次吃，味道很獨特。總體來説很滿意。

大堂寬敞明亮且温馨，前台工作人員熱情高效。客房空間大，設施齊全，體驗了2樓湘菜館的湘菜，很好吃，很正宗，早餐也非常豐富。用的都是温泉水。很好體驗了一下他家的洗浴，因為過年人很多，但是休息大廳很寬敞明亮。

看了岫巖的幾家酒店，最終選擇樂雪，沒有讓我失望，停車場很大，免費停車特方便，大堂也很寬敞，前台服務人員主動迎接，幫忙按電梯指引上樓。房間挺大的，也很乾凈。早餐廳應該是新裝修的，很新，品種和口味在這個小縣城裡來説非常不錯，很有意思的是自助早餐的餐具很高檔，一看這家酒店的老闆還是很有品味的。聽酒店前台服務員介紹酒店還有温泉洗浴，去泡了一次温泉，很舒服，水很乾凈，估計是因為剛剛過年，休息大廳休閑的地方人還不少，挺熱鬧的。

酒店前台辦理入住很迅速，前台經理介紹了周邊環境，帶我們從大廳到房間，因為我們帶着孩子。幫忙拿東西很熱情，房間裏衞生乾淨整潔。早餐覺得算岫巖最好的了，種類挺多，帶孩子去了樂雪洗浴，洗浴大姐特別熱情，喜歡樂雪這種有温度的酒店
