酒店在岫巖廣場，停車還是蠻方便的，但是對面這個廣場，下午在酒店休息的時候有一羣老年人在廣用場音響放音樂好大聲的，在跳舞影響休息。

房間衞生還好，就是隔音太差了。早上5點，對面廣場就有人拿大喇叭放歌 聲音很大，直接給我吵醒了！持續了兩個多小時
其次，早飯也很差 沒啥吃的。出來又額外吃的早飯
前台的咖啡機也不好用，反正是各種不滿意

衞生差服務差，剛進入房間被套都是污漬，阿姨過來給換了新的還是有污漬，阿姨説我再給您換個新的，我説不用了就這樣吧，房間裏兩個床特別潮濕，浴巾毛巾都是潮的，浴巾放在椅子上晾，躺在床上潮的無法休息，打電話給前台，前台説給換床單被罩，我反問一句床都是潮的換了能解決問題嗎？之後領我去其他房間看同等價位的房間，一樣潮的出水根本睡不了，前台説他們房間都這樣不行就得退房，後面上來一個男生給我換了高級雙床房解決了潮濕問題，連鎖酒店服務這麼差嗎？辦理入住到反饋問題解決問題全程讓人心裏特別不舒服，愛答不理的一副嘴臉，那個男生還是很好的，其他人加強培訓吧，服務行業連個笑臉都沒有，最起碼也得微笑服務吧！

設施很新，房間是個套間空間大。內間是電視，外間配投影。停車場不大，國慶節晚上到車位挺緊張的，但有保安熱心指揮找地方停。

這次入住，整體體驗超出預期。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住迅速，還貼心地提供了周邊遊玩建議。
房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質不錯，熱水供應穩定。
酒店早餐種類豐富，涵蓋中西式餐點，食材新鮮，味道可口。公共區域的環境也很好，安靜優雅，能讓人放鬆身心。
唯一美中不足的是酒店的停車場車位有些緊張。不過，瑕不掩瑜，這家酒店性價比頗高，下次出行，我仍會優先考慮入住，也推薦給各位旅友。
