服務很差，房費含着門票，但不會主動給你。可能是內部結算的時候省點錢吧。這樣，你去坐索道就白跑一趟，酒店會用加微信的方式臨時處理，溝通起來要吵架，很煩。設施也比較陳舊老化了。

酒店位於景區內，憑酒店訂單可直進。環境清幽，木屋獨具特色，入住退房手續便捷。房間乾淨衞生，佈置典雅。有配套飯店，晚餐時有民族歌舞表演，氣氛熱烈。略顯美中不足的是，淋浴間玻璃縫隙過大，水容易濺到外面，洗手池水管有破損，使用時有水流到地面。

我們去的那天人很少，12點入住，給了房卡園區那麼大沒有個引導入住的讓自己去找房子，到了房間一看一點景都沒有！誰是為了看你們爛石頭定的山裡酒店啊？這個房間真是給人整笑了都沒人住房間還給個這麼爛的。第二天上山想着延長一下退房，又沒人住延長都不給延長，***掃興直接退房走了，這破地方不會再來了，哦對了，早餐給上了倆饅頭鹹菜雞蛋，我要發小紅書避雷

最近家裡悶熱，領着孩子來老界嶺玩，本來是要回的，坐景交車到去山上，看到了山莊還有房子住，娃子們不想走了，非要住，沒想到老界嶺這這麼舒服，不是第二天有事，還準備續住，等暑假娃們放假，準備再來老界嶺住2天，環境好，服務好，關件乾淨衞生。

在老界嶺一千三百米的嶺上，離索道不遠。是個避暑的好地方。離高速出口二十分鐘車程，五一節零點免費下高速開過來正好。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，進去房間便是一個小客廳，可以喝茶聊天，坐在走廊可以看外面風景，住着很舒服，環境優美，服務熱情周到，這兒很涼快，我們在家熱的開空調，在這兒晚上居然還要蓋被子，很適合夏天在這兒避暑。總之，這兒是一個非常不錯的酒店

和朋友一起來的，住宿在景區裏面的避暑山莊，大山裡空氣是真的好，早上有些微微涼穿個薄外套剛剛好，入住時服務員很熱情的幫忙拿行李，環境乾淨衞生，總體來説感覺還是不錯，下次有機會再來

這次和好朋友抵達西峽縣老界嶺景區，來了真的歎為觀止，不愧是避暑養生地，車子開到山莊內，就感到每一個毛孔都沐浴着春風的愜意，樹木叢生，百草豐茂。森林覆蓋率非常廣，是名副其實的天然氧吧。
在這裏住了一晚，這裏的住宿環境也是非常不錯，房間面積很大，乾淨整齊，服務員態度都很熱情，這次的體驗感非常好！！價格也物超所值！
