It's the first time to stay in Jiji, a very nice hotel, clean and tidy. The breakfast is very rich, small and exquisite, cheap and cost-effective.

房間還是很乾凈的，挺新的，停車也方便，樓下隨便停，周邊吃的也很多，臨走前台還給了我2瓶水，很好的服務！下次還會入住！

假期臨時換了旅行計劃 所以定了全季 價格還是挺貴的 整體環境不錯 辦理入住時候前台服務挺好 房間比較小 衞生不錯 早餐也很豐富 下面開始説下問題：入住時候是最後一間 發現窗户壞了關不上 導致一夜沒睡好 臨馬路特別特別的吵 早上和前台反應了問題 因為也不是很計較的人 提出如果能推遲一小時退房就行補個覺 前台説要請服務員上門核實 因為是第三方平台定不能延遲 後來等了很久沒人聯繫我們，我又主動聯繫了兩次，才有服務員上門看了下確實是窗户問題，又等到快中午才勉強答覆可以延遲一小時退房。很理解國慶期間很忙，但是這個處理問題的方式很讓人不快，如果能有人主動道個歉，哪怕送個水果之類也會讓住客心理舒服很多。華住旗下我是不想再住了。
