It was unexpected, it was amazing! The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. First, she handed two cups of Mengniu yogurt. The room was clean and tidy. The security guard was serious and responsible and helped wash the car, which made people feel warm! The most important thing is that the riverside willow Yiyi is very close to Fat Donglai, very close to the ancient city of Caowei, Zhong Lingxiu, and the people are outstanding! I don’t know if Pang Donglai has really raised the level of the service industry in Xuchang as a whole. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at home, including snacks, slippers, toothbrushes and mineral water for the children when they registered, and active responses when needed. When my two children needed to do their homework, they immediately moved in a bench in the conference room. In the evening, I needed to heat up the food I brought back from Pang Donglai, and the lady at the front desk went to the 31st floor to open the door for me and heat up the food. Two bottles of warm mineral water were given as a gift before leaving. The location is also very good. Pang Donglai is on the underground first floor and the shopping cart can reach the door. Very cool, I recommend it to friends who want to come to Xuchang to experience Pang Donglai

The hotel is very good and clean. I chose a three-bed room with my friends for three adults and two children. It has two bathrooms and one shower room. The whole house is also equipped with smart toiletries and pillows or memory pillows. Anyway, considering the comfort, the price is very good. It's suitable. There are free coffee and tea at the front desk, and a robot will take you upstairs. The location of the hotel is also very good. There is a chain parking and there are people to guide you, which is a good experience.

This is an excellent place except aging facilities. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us to a better room for free. Free tea and fruit snacks are available. The breakfast is absolutely better than some of the 5 star hotels. The room service is great. The staff whom I forgot the name helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Xuchang is a pleasant surprise for me and my friends. We will definitely come back.

The room floor is high, you can see the ancient city in the room, there are parent-child dresses in the room, and there are building blocks. Children can play by themselves.
