This was a truly luxurious hotel! And the staff were super friendly and helpful as well!
Various individual staff members really went out of their way to make my visit to Xunhua enjoyable! We often say "the people make a difference", and this is absolutely true of the employees at this hotel!!!
In addition to the great staff, the room was spacious and clean, also equipped with every possible modern convenience! Even though the hotel was in the middle of the city, I had a nice view of the nearby mountains.
I would absolutely stay in this hotel on any future visit to Xunhua!!! In fact, just the opportunity to stay here is a good reason to go back!
This hotel was so great that I hesitate to mention any minor drawback- but it should be said that the breakfast buffet was fairly minimal and lacked the wide variety of Chinese breakfast items offered in some other hotels during my recent trip to China.

We are Jinheyuan members. We told the front desk that we are members. She said 258 per night. I said Ctrip is 244, why is it 258 for members? She said you booked it on Ctrip. I was speechless... The hygiene is also poor. The table is full of dust, the mattress is broken, and the shower facilities are broken. I suggest that everyone should not go there again...

This is one of the few hotels in Xunhua that provides breakfast. The front desk lady is pretty and has a good attitude. We have to wait for someone to go back to Xining in the afternoon, so she delayed the check-out until 3 o'clock. A big thumbs up 👍.
