After talking for a long time, I was let in. Later, I was allowed to park in the parking lot opposite a few hundred meters away. The next morning I just wanted to ask the front desk if they cooperated with the parking lot opposite. The front desk staff had a very disgusting expression and ignored us. After asking several times, they said that the opposite side had nothing to do with us. Anyway, it gave people a very bad feeling. If you can't park, you should actively help customers coordinate. If there is a self-paid parking lot opposite, you should inform them in advance. Even if there are no guests asking the front desk a question, you should talk to the front desk. I am speechless.

超讚的一家酒店！！！酒店房間很温馨，光照剛好合適，不會讓人覺得刺眼和有壓力。剛好看到旬河，超級美，床品舒服，跑了一天躺下去就不想起來了，值得再來！！！棒棒棒！順便説一下，前台服務超好，好評！！！暖氣很熱，衞生很乾凈，曾香小姐姐服務很好，幫忙送了充電器，感謝！

新的酒店，算是旬陽比較好的，酒店希望我給評價，那麼我就認真講一下，希望下次去，會變得更好！ 設施：比較新，還算不錯！ 環境：稍微離核心區遠一點點，但是有地下停車場，也還算方便！但這個碼，點進去一堆廣告…還扣積分…啊…崩潰… 服務：服務水平參差不齊，感覺沒有請專業的團隊來培訓…住了有些天，有碰到好的服務態度的，也有碰到…令人無語的…完全不知道啥是服務的人員，搞不清楚…管理上確實不如萬達那邊的…可能因為剛開業，希望加快培訓，下次來的時候有所改進！ 衞生：衞生還可以，但是有件事特別無語，遇到兩次奇葩的…有次沒出門，想着出門之後再按打掃的按鍵，保潔員來了一遍我們説明瞭情況，第二遍我們也委婉的拒絕了説明瞭情況，結果大姐直接説我六點下班，你們六點以後找別人打掃…這個，跟我們有啥關係啊…我們理解大姐不是惡意，是善意的，就是希望服務意識提高一些！還有一次白天在屋子裡睡覺，結果保潔員直接進來打掃了…幸好是套房，她打掃了外面，但是沒經過允許，這樣好嗎？！我認為她的工作是不錯的，但是這個管理即使很無語吧！
