房間佈局和設施比較陳舊了，體驗感一般，衞生情況還不錯，服務熱情好客，感覺還不錯！可能是徐聞往來的客户比較多吧，整體感覺比其他地區的酒店要差一些！價格偏高！整體感覺還能過得去，環境一般。

入住前台黑衣女態度不是一般的惡劣，嫌棄平台定價便宜，愛搭不理，説下單後很長時間她才能看見，不是馬上訊息就能到。若不是已經晚上八點多了人跑一天又熱又累，前幾家旁邊的酒店都太差，早就走了。忍氣吞聲估計有半個小時，忍辱負重一再和她好言交涉，終於住進了另一個房間（不是此前帶我看的）管不了了，趕緊住下休息，一夜鬱悶。第二條早上出門吃早餐，換了前台，美女特別熱情主動問我們哪裡來到哪裡好玩。我告訴她昨晚的經歷，她説老闆如果知道了會處理她，老闆説要努力留住每一個來店的客人，説那人不代表酒店，酒店是好酒店，附近這條街最乾淨的。勸我不要介意，此時我委屈的淚水都流出來了，她送我一瓶她朋友才給她的飲料，一再説對不起，還跑出來對車上的老公説對不起。但是，這個差評我還是要給黑衣女，這樣的前台別説服務，就是對人最起碼的禮貌和尊重都沒有！她坐在那裡就是代表酒店，甚至代表徐聞的服務理念和水平。差評！

房間味道很大回南天也可以理解但是插座要很用力才能插進去，床頭的甚至插不進去，床頭的usb沒有電，打電話給前台，前台叫了個服務員上來，服務員説她也管不了，態度絕了，然後她就走了，挺無語的

從徐聞下船就開到這裏入住，本以為不是什麼太大的酒店，沒想到還是比較高大上的，房間安靜，寬敞，床型是2米大床，整個酒店打理的很用心，下次還會考慮
