這家酒店真的不錯，頭一次主動給好評
因為比較新，很乾凈，最近幾天睡得最舒服的一天，房間裏智能化很方便。
真的很推薦，200＋的價格感覺有5星的服務和體驗

床墊承託力，五星，睡了過去幾個月以來最長的覺
前台服務，五星，儀容着裝和用詞禮貌都很到位
客房服務：在遇到熱水壺問題後可以靈活熱情處理
保安專業度，五星，精神面貌很好，主動打招呼，説得出集團旗下多個品牌，知道我們起得晚還沒吃早餐即主動聯繫餐飲部協調，點贊👍
早餐，五星，用了貴价米，點了幾種早餐都很好，餐飲部小哥有空就去攃餐飲平台
建議：把熱水壺換了，它就是禍害，我們入住期間一口熱水都沒喝上，具體原因當天晚上客房部知道的

酒店是新開張的，設施齊全，較新，科技含量較大，就是這樣燒水壺的使用有點不是很好操作，酒店在新區，周邊環境有待改善。服務態度很好，酒店室內環境非常不錯。相比較而言，還是喜歡住新開業的酒店，一切都是最好的安排，就是有點氣味。

這家酒店完全可以用“驚艷”來形容，沒想到在一個小縣城還能有這樣一家無論從經營理念，裝修風格還是誠意服務方面都堪稱超一流的特色酒店！乾淨整潔衞生自不必説了，關鍵是裝修有特色、有個性，不與其它酒店雷同。房間裏有智能助手“小度”，還有可調節飲水温度的3秒速熱電水壺，科技感十足！酒店服務人員非常熱情周到，入住當晚一位女性值班經理親自教我們如何使用3秒速熱電水壺，第二天我們退房後20分鐘打不到車，前台兩個小夥子騎着電單車帶我們去汽車總站，給錢也不收，給水果也不要，真是太讓人感動了！印象太深刻了！這家酒店沖淡了我對徐聞縣其它諸多的負面印象，必須怒贊！

房間寬敞明亮，大！床品乾淨衞生，新！
酒店設施過於先進智能，給中老年客户帶來不便。取水器非常不好用，不如換成簡單方便的熱水器。
紅外遙控中央空調，不會用。
觸摸屏燈光控制，睡眠模式面板全黑。晚上起夜不方便。
其他地方都好啦！

這個酒店很新，剛開業不久，衞生很乾凈，服務熱情，大晚上保安都到停車場區迎接，走的時候大廳服務人員還熱情給搬行李送上車。洗髮水很好用。硬要説缺點就是，有一些裝修味道，新開的酒店也可以理解。總之很滿意！
