優點，地理位置優越，就在海安新港旁，也是唯一的優點。房間衞生堪憂，彷彿進入了90年代的招待所，洗手間反味而嚴重，床上有污漬，牆上污漬斑斑，設備設施老化，住酒店這麼多年第一次用上了大鑰匙🔑。早晨6：30出了酒店門，黑漆漆一片，連一個路燈都沒有，抹黑去的車上，早晨果斷逃離，這輩子永遠不會再來了，照片和實際照片差距很大。

酒店位置很棒，離渡輪碼頭很近，方便上渡輪的朋友。酒店的性價比一般，有提升空間。總的來講由於location很棒，入住的體驗感不錯。

房間面積很大，但是設施基本沒有好的，馬桶地面漏水，電視沒有網絡，最要命的是空調，外機就在陽台上，轟隆隆響了一晚上。就這種檔次的酒店，估計平時就是一百多，距離海安港確實很近，房間就能看到港口。最害怕的是電梯，一部電梯是雙門那種，電梯門一開另外一個也開了，黑漆漆的真嚇人。

房間不乾淨，都是頭髮，然後要個枕頭我給前台打電話問説要個乾淨的枕頭，前台支支吾吾説半天説沒有乾淨的，我都懵了，上午有段時間馬桶沒水，後來來水了，電視衹能買會員才能看，要不然什麼都看不了，直播的電視也沒有，我們十點下去買椰子回來前台看見就催我們退房了，反正這服務是挺逗的頭一次見，只有一點好，就是位置好，離海安新港夠近，但是想吃什麼點個外賣都沒有

😡這酒店服務太差了！電話打不通，衹能用手機聯繫，結果工作人員態度還超差。更氣人的是，沒有網絡電視也看不了，他們還不幫忙解決，簡直了！連半顆星都不想給 並沒有網絡

沒什麼人入住，酒店在港口旁邊，晚上真的吵**，大貨車排隊上船還是怎樣，從晚上開始一直不停按喇叭按到第二天早上8點多，反正一個晚上吵**睡不着。如果想住這家最好不要訂海景房，最高也是4樓，看也看不到海，我老公睡眠質量好到打雷都可以安然入睡的人那天晚上都通宵沒睡，可能要訂不對着海的那邊會好一點，早餐雖然是送的，種類就是我圖片中的這些了，再加幾種包子，沒了。湊合吧。最後説態度，前台態度好，東西掉在酒店還及時打電話，這個點贊👍
