位置挺好的，馬路對面就是貴生公園，晨起鍛鍊的人很多，圍着公園健身步道一圈不到500米。酒店離貴生書院很近大約200米，徐聞博物館、第一中學也很近，第一中學裏有徐聞孔廟。

第一次給差評。真的是非常生氣。我們中午入住後出門回來房卡打不開房門，當時前台就説給我們換房，後來找老闆拿鑰匙下來開門了我們就提出換房了老闆以沒房為理由不換，當時我們也忍了。接着十一點多我們都準備睡覺了突然有人拿房卡刷我們的房間門，我們就對着門問是誰，這時候我也給前台打電話了，前台説是客人走錯，然後到一點多我們都睡著了，又有人狂敲我們房門 ，真的是把我們嚇醒了。這時候我又給前台打電話，前台説是客人喝醉酒敲錯門。也不是第一次出門，但是第一次遇到這麼嚇人的事。一晚上沒睡好。也從沒有給過差評，但是這個酒店必須差評，給大家避個雷。不要這住這。當時就是看它在一中附近，也是酒店，但是實際是柏林公寓

徐聞這個地方實在是太臟亂了，因為要做輪渡停留了幾個小時，訂了間房休息一下，現在一想起來都會覺得噁心不舒服，打開房間就是鋪面的黴味，再也不想去徐聞了，在那裡還感染了諾如病毒，真是太臟了，儘量別吃那裡的食物

晚上有打麻將的，吵鬧聲鬧到早上3點多，多次打前台服務員電話，服務員也沒有前去制止，並且態度極差，跟本不管不問，沒辦法，我要報警，這才停止大聲喧嘩′，前台年輕的女朋務員態度極囂張′，酒店的鬧聲從十一點多到第二天3點多，根本無法入睡
