前台服務態度級差，聯繫他還在打麻將，密碼鎖也不好，耗了我們十幾二十分鐘，後面換的房間衞生不好，前台不耐煩的説 愛住不住，直接換酒店！而且小區很黑，💡都沒有，避雷避雷，不能直接處理客人的客訴，衞生不過關我作為客人可以説的吧，可以投訴的吧！但前台態度真的不好，道歉的話一句沒有

二次入住，房間大設施齊全衞生好。環境幽靜適宜休息。客服很負責任，耐心引導入住。而且性價此高。再去海南還會選擇這裏。唯一不足之處，吃飯不是太方便。

這裏離海安新港很近，房間寬敞，陽台有安全措施，帶孩子入住很安心，房東很好，第一次自駕去海南。很多不懂的地方問房東。他都會告訴我們的

離海安新港很近，自駕挺方便的，陽台和房間能看到港口，除夕日絲滑進港，新能源車過海比徐聞港好，車上的人可以坐到港口下車

作為三室價格是真的低，公寓在小區裏 小區貌似荒廢了一樣，衞生環境堪憂，一共住了三個小時 被癢醒了，看到床單上有血跡，找了半天沒有發現問題，去隔壁沒動過的床上仔細一看有驚喜了，類似於跳蚤，床單有毛髮，巾類有污漬，忍不了直接退房走了。如果對衞生有點要求，不推薦。

總體入住體驗不錯，但停車需注意收費問題
這次入住的民宿整體體驗還是不錯的：
✅ **房間乾淨整潔**，裝修風格温馨，設施齊全，住起來比較舒適；
✅ **位置便利**，到達徐聞海安新港非常便利，出行方便；
✅ **房東溝通及時**，有問題回覆很快，服務態度良好。
**唯一需要注意的是停車問題：**
🚗 **地面停車免費**，但車位有限，先到先得；
🅿️ **地下車庫收費**，價格不高，但老闆沒有提前説明。
總的來説，這家民宿性價比不錯，適合短途旅行或家庭入住，但如果開車來，建議提前確認停車安排，避免額外花費。
