Comfortable rooms an friendly service. The surrounding is not so nice (automobile repair shops and lots of traffic).

I usually stay in hotels above 4.5. I passed by on a boat from Haikou and thought I would just stay for one night. At first, I saw good reviews and it was ok when I entered the lobby. After entering the room, I couldn't check out. The room was renovated and the air conditioner was facing the bed. There was nothing around. The room smelled bad and there were cockroaches. The only good thing was that the front desk helped us carry our luggage upstairs. This time I traveled with two elderly people in their 70s and didn't want to change hotels. This was the worst experience I have had in the past ten years.
