這一年來，在祖國各地住了好幾次維也納酒店，總體印象非常好！房間設計簡約適用，特別是獨立設定書桌枱燈、床頭枱燈非常贊！還有一個，衞生間裏提供的護理包裏有四根木柄棉簽，掏耳朵舒服給力！酒店大堂很簡約，但有熱水、茶包和現磨咖啡供應，特別是現磨咖啡很正點，要特別表揚一下！！
不足的地方嘛：
第一，雖然預訂是註明要除煙味房，但開門進去，房間裏煙味極大！雖然前台立即給換了一間房，但也説明酒店在這一方面的管理有缺失。
第二，衞生間，衞生間面積不小，設計也合理。問題：淋浴間一如既往的下水不暢，踏腳石中間下凹積水，排水槽太淺，明顯排水不利。這種現象在好幾個城市的同類新維也納酒店中都有發現。
另，化粧鏡安裝位置過高，估計一米九個子才適用。

乾淨又衞生，服務好，各方面都不錯，收拾衞生的阿姨，收拾得很乾凈，房間裏，衞生間裏，邊邊角角，都很乾凈，洗澡的地方真寬敞，水流還大，電梯裏都擦的鋥光瓦亮得，孩子們住得很喜歡！
