2023年的裝修如今地板翹的，牆面發黴的。對於800這個價位住這個酒店真的很失望。從房間打前台8888電話永遠沒人接的。哎，無法一一吐槽，就是很失望，物超不所值。
衞生：地上灰塵很厚。

在週末徐州酒店翻好幾倍的情況下，簡直就是股清流，房間裏還有頭等艙。説是窗户在過道，實際上有陽台，對着中庭，而且沒有聽到隔壁的聲音。逛完博物館正好可以步行回來睡個午覺。離地鐵站有點遠，不過去的景點也沒地鐵，所以不是啥大問題

假期出行，應該是特價房。房間沒有乾濕分離，洗澡的時候地上比較滑，摔了一跤，杯子打碎了，割破腳面，給前台打電話後，溝通效果很好，拿來碘伏和創口貼，為前台點贊👍。另，房間應該是在中庭位置，隔音效果不太好。

入住和退房辦理的都很快 酒店離馬路很遠聽不到一點車的聲音 但隔音一般 走廊走路的聲音可以聽到 隔壁有人説話也能聽到聲音但聽不清説的什麼 清明之前去的 價格也比較便宜 總體性價比很高 另外 外賣是不能上樓的 是直接放在一樓大廳的框子裏的 比較安全

設施：房間空間寬敞，大大的芝華士沙發超舒服
床也夠大夠軟，枕頭舒適適中，拖鞋好評
衞生：很乾凈 毛巾 浴巾 沐浴液洗髮水齊全
環境：古香古色的酒店性價比極高，離博物館户部山，豐儲街都很近幾百米就到 太方便了
服務：特別棒服務到位 細緻

首先最大的亮點，酒店門口很大的院子，非常大，停車無憂慮，這個很好，酒店外形看也好看，但是住進去就一般了，空調製熱一般，和第二天住的其他酒店形成鮮明對比。衹能麻煩工作人員多送被子蓋上，以防感冒，地板很滑，像多了一層辣，最受不了的是，洗澡，水太涼，熱不起來，一家人就我勉強洗了下澡。真實評價，僅供參考。地板和洗澡水不熱的問題，你們酒店工作人員可以進去感受下哈。

位置嘎嘎好，就在徐州博物館隔壁，房間空間不小，裝修還是蠻講究的，停車方便還免費，服務人員意識很好，可惜沒早餐，總體滿分好評

房間衹能使用空調掛機，入住後開了一個多小時屋內温度仍然很冷，衹能蓋着被子等待服務人員解決，先後來了客房部和工程部兩個人，都未有效解決，工程部工作人員告訴我無能為力，前台告知所有房間均是24年9月換的空調所以都大差不差，最後通過攜程客服協調更換的房間，換房間後温度感覺比之前好一些，但是室內感受非常不舒服。總之體驗感很差。地理位置離景點較近比較便利。

環境很安靜~衞生也很乾凈~就是窗簾有點漏光~還給我們安排在燈帶旁邊的房間~~亮的睡不着…後半夜外邊燈關了才睡著了😴😴😴😴離徐州博物館雲龍山雲龍湖都很近~
