一般很少很差評，這一星是給一個男的經理。過年期間衹住了一晚。前台服務員的幾個小姑娘都挺不錯的，有應必求，問題都及時給解決，服務態度也不錯。唯獨一個男的經理，似乎是在視察工作，十點左右到了以後就在遊客中心的沙發一坐玩手機。他要光玩手機不礙別人事也就算了。結果，我們當時是入住期間，帶娃來遊客中心的前台諮詢事情，遊客中心離房車有距離，娃口渴了，我們就和前台要瓶水，這被本來在沙發上專心玩手機的男經理給一心二用地聽到了，原本前台小姑娘已經準備給我們水了，被他打斷，説讓我們去他們對面的超市買水。給我整個了大無語，我説我們是住户，經理撇了我們一眼，沒吭聲，這水我們可算拿到。結果這還不算完，等到退房的時候，前台告知，一瓶礦泉水2.5元，要從300塊按金裏面扣。想不想就知道，是那個男經理示意的。雖然經過爭取，這按金沒扣，但碰上這事也有點影響心情。這房車本身地處偏僻，房車各方面設施都和酒店沒法比，價格和附近四五星的酒店卻相差不大，住在這本來就是小孩子圖新鮮，硬件設施跟不上可以理解，可這服務態度也如此之差，連多加一瓶礦泉水都要收費，未變吃相太過難看，畢竟這一晚房車價格比周圍那些免費提供水的四星酒店還高，早飯很簡陋，安説不應該再從水上薅羊毛了。不知道這男經理代表的是整個房車營地的服務理念，還是僅僅代表他個人。

基本沒有什麼服務，房車裡很冷，空調開了也沒什麼效果，説是有地暖，但是打不開，客服也説不清。洗澡間的水下不去，洗澡得淌水出來。

春節期間也是為了給孩子有一個不同的體驗，就換了房車的酒店，這讓我們的行程增加了很多別具一格的特色，嗯，孩子很開心很高興，我們大家都很開心。在這裏我還要特別的嗯表揚和感謝我們的美女老闆，還有我們的工作人員，由於我的疏忽把寶貝的玩具落在了酒店裡，隨後老闆非常熱心的，嗯，接到我們的電話之後，熱心的給我們嗯快遞快遞了過來。又讓寶貝體驗了一把失而復得的感動和感謝，希望老闆生意越來越好。

環境還不錯；麻雀雖小，應有盡有；挨着景區。 其他的話就是1.免費提供兩瓶，在要的話收費； 2.辦理入住的地方跟房車有點距離，無人接泊； 拉着行李去入住確實挺費勁的
