收藏了7、8家酒店民宿，最後選擇了這家，十分滿意！
1、位置：對面是阿喆米線，樓下是鍾記油爆鴨，步行10分鐘到宗國、大佬陳，對面還有24小時麥當勞
2、環境：乾淨衞生，性價比高
3、設施：用品配套齊全，最主要衞生間還有頂噴。旁邊有地下停車場，出車時在前台登記，可免停車費，美中不足一點就是停車場到酒店大堂沒有電梯，得步行走上來，不過我全當鍛鍊身體了
4、服務：前台熱情，入住時候主動幫我從1.5的床升級到1.8；大堂有曲奇、咖啡糖、桔子、茶水；雖然12點退房，但跟前台説一下也可以暫緩一兩個小時；入住前打電話諮詢停車事宜，前台會主動問行李多嗎，需不需要幫忙去車庫拿；住宿期間我要求不打掃衞生，衹問保潔補兩瓶水，看我要出門，保潔主動詢問要不要多拿兩瓶水，其他我沒想到的也會主動拿出來補給我。

酒店位置太絕了，樓下，鍾記油燙鴨 阿喆米線 蜜雪冰城 24小時麥當勞 一個水果店 三個便利店，200米有個老虎早餐，有個家錢燒烤營業到三點。 酒店工作人員態度熱情，免費升級，下午也不催退房，東西落了及時聯繫，退房送了兩個手提袋，迎賓水果洗的也很乾凈，好吃，酒店太有性價比了， 一百多點兒，下次還住！超預期

酒店的早餐很豐盛，有米線炒飯和一些炒菜，適合多種口味的人就餐，衞生環境也挺好的晚上點了外賣，機器人送上來的，也挺安全的。總之還不錯

房間乾淨又舒適，停車免費，停車入口就在酒店門口旁邊，服務很好，早餐雖然地方小，種類還挺多，至於隔音嘛，確實有一點點不好，但是誰沒事半夜在走廊叫啊，也不影響！總之真的挺好

酒店位置很好，就在淮海新天地，地鐵人民廣場出站步行8分鐘左右。周邊吃住很便利，之前一直入住隔壁全季，最近暑期差旅超標了，就來這家了。第一次入住，前台服務很好，因為開會需要延遲下退房，前台也答應的非常痛快。服務很好，衞生乾淨，房間也很大。隔音沒有像評論裏講的隔音不好的情況，我覺得是OK的，下次還會入住。

超級超級好，住了兩天，房間安靜，樓下就有一家很好吃的米線，走幾百米就有三衹羊燒烤，樓下左邊還有一個蒜爆魚，他家土豆絲才9塊，早餐也👌
