這家酒店 地理位置特別好。出門有地鐵站。對面就是萬達廣場。附近好多網紅美食店。 三衹羊，老拾燒都在附近，還有小機器人送餐特別可愛。 唯一缺點就是衞生間的燈 過一段時間就會自動滅。對我這種怕黑的。有點不太友好。整體來説酒店還是不錯👍徐州的燒烤👍幹煸炒雞👍烙饃👍剁椒烙饃卷麪筋👍炸牛跑👍好吃的太多了。美味太多了根本吃不完😄

首先誇一誇前台小哥哥，如果不是他幫我解決了行李問題，好心幫我辦理了提前入住，我估計我一顆星都不會給！因為一顆星都不值！啥也別説了，請給他加工資吧謝謝 ！這次是我住酒店最差的一次體驗！！進門桌子上，都是浮灰。玩了一天回來，晚上洗澡發現浴巾毛巾啥也沒有！打了電話才送來！我皮膚比較敏感，如果床上用品不夠乾淨，過不了多久就會起疹子，當晚就撓的身上都是印子！最後穿着薄衣服睡的！還有房間內，連個無線網都要我認證幾遍？手機號微信號房間號姓氏都試了，一直失敗，過了十分鐘，突然就好了，這是系統問題吧？用個網真夠麻煩的！其實這些我都可以忍，最讓我忍不了的是 我當晚8點45點的外賣，騎手晚上9點24 給我發訊息説送到了，機器人會幫我送房間！因為酒店電梯需要刷卡才能上來！我等了好久也沒見機器人上來。9點50多打房間電話問了前台，是一個女生接的電話，我問她30多分鐘了，什麼情況？她跟我説機器人可能在其他樓層送餐，現在用餐高峯期。我請問，晚上快10點了還高峯期嗎？這個藉口不牽強嗎？又不是旅遊旺季！我住其他連鎖酒店，怎麼沒發現機器人送這麼慢？剛打完電話，就送上來了，好巧噢。而且這種情況不是第一次，那天晚上我點了五六次外賣，好幾次都是騎手送到了機器人晚送！有時候晚個十分鐘，我就不説什麼了，奶茶等一等也能喝，但麪條呢？米線呢？全扔了！坨的根本拌不開！吃不了！餅也不熱了！羊肉涼了就有羶味！出來旅遊，大晚上不想出去了，想把附近小吃都嘗一遍，點外賣圖個方便，結果大部分都浪費了！不是你們酒店的責任？除了説個對不起？對不起有用嗎？哪怕你們酒店送客人兩瓶水也能代表道歉的誠意把？我明確説了不能吃了！而且還是我主動詢問，看我有點生氣了才在電話裏道歉！合著我錢大風颳來的唄？真影響心情！想續住也不可能續了，第二天直接換酒店住了，真的影響心情！！！糟心死了！我很少差評，也經常出去旅行，酒店住的也多，比這貴的酒店比這便宜得民宿都住過，只有這次讓我覺得住的最噁心。差勁的很！性價比太低了！還不如100得民宿！兩顆星都是看前台小哥份上多給的！這個酒店性價比極低！

服務很好，環境也不錯，雖然是高層但是有4部電梯，等候時間也不是很長，樓下有便利店對面是商業區吃喝都很方便。交通也比較便利，距離地鐵站步行10分鐘左右，打車也方便。贈送了一天的早餐，早餐品種豐富，還不錯。缺點是房間內智能控制需要研究一下，睡到半夜燈自己亮了……空調也是需要喊語音助手調的，半夜想開空調或者調温度衹能説話，怕打擾同伴也是很尷尬，電視不能投屏。還有，因為是高層，人員比較混雜會有往房間內塞小卡片的情況，每天都有，比較不喜歡。
