該民宿地理位置優越，樓下就是地鐵1號線徐醫站，離彭城廣場也很近，走路十多分鐘，順便可以逛下富國街。民宿房間很大，也乾淨衞生，地方很好找，老闆非常熱情，介紹的很仔細，下次有機會再來入住！

和爸媽的出行，住得非常滿意！位置：非常方便，緊鄰地鐵口，步行去富國街吃小吃七八分鐘左右。
房間狀態：房間兩室一廳，雖然是老小區，但是超級大，非常整潔，設施比較齊全。
服務：房主非常熱情，提前發訊息歡迎，推薦了很多飯店、小吃。
來徐州親子游強烈推薦住在這裏。

房子非常，很大很乾凈，兩個卧房兩張大床，老闆很好溝通人很熱情！給我們推薦很多好吃的！房子地理位置非常，出了地鐵站抬頭就到了，對面就是徐醫，離富國街非常近，出門左手步行幾分鐘，整條街都是吃的都好吃，捲餅，辣饃，炸牛排，臭豆腐，奶茶，米線，烤肉，都好吃。離蘇寧商業廣場也很近，不想坐地鐵，徐州還有掃碼電動車，打的也很便宜。不要去龜山漢墓，八十塊，十分鐘走完，裏面啥也沒有。寶蓮寺很漂亮，且免費！

首先老闆人超好！詳細接待住宿，並且熱心幫助規劃出行路線及當地美食！其次房間超大，衞生乾淨，而且地理位置絕佳，小區門口就是一號線地鐵，直達高鐵站，離市內旅遊熱門景點都不遠，下次有機會再去的話還會選擇這裏！對了還有足不出户吃到美食的祕籍，可以諮詢老闆😊

房子空間很大，採光也不錯。
地理位置優越，周邊很多好吃的，好吃量大還便宜去，有小吃街。
來徐州那幾天有點熱，景點不想逛，周圍吃的倒是吃了個遍，味道都很好，沒有踩雷的。
出門是地鐵口，出行比較方便，小區管理還可以，比較安全。
衞生間有洗衣機，還配了衣物消毒液，可以放心洗衣服。有電梯，但是電梯有點小，估計自行車進不去。樓下有電動自行車的充電樁。
客廳有晾衣架，窗外也有，晾衣服方便。

一，地理位置一絕，下樓就是地鐵一號線入口，走幾步就是那個美食街，好吃的多得吃不過來，步行去蘇寧那裡也衹要十幾分鍾，坐地鐵就一站。
二，房東必須拿出來好好説一下，想吃地鍋雞的，可以讓房東幫忙提前約個，就在住的附近不遠處，走路完全可以。我就是沒提前説，中午到了徐州，地鍋雞排號都不給排了。房東還貼心了推薦了好幾家當地美食餐廳，燒烤大佬陳，炒菜六合巷等等，附帶定位，絕了，還給我出主意，安排我的行程，怎麼玩最方便。知道我們中午到，提前連房間的空調給開了，我們一進屋，涼快！
三，房間是兩張大床房，我們是一家五口，我們和孩子一起睡，爸媽睡另外一間。廁所很大，雙洗手枱，淋浴居然也有一高一低兩套，我們沒用那套矮的，但我覺得應該是給孩子準備的。有一次性馬桶坐墊，紙巾的質量很好，是有印花的。水也是農夫山泉的。客廳超級大。衞生也很不錯。
